About Foundation

Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation was registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 on 28 May 2007. The Foundation has been established in pursuance of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation as a non-profit, non-political, non-government, voluntary and charitable organization for the service of humanity and for all kinds of charitable purposes.
